HOW THEY MET
Once Netaro's café opened, demand for his dumplings boomed to astronomical levels! Although his secrets stay in his kitchen, an extra hand to run the front and wait tables was definitely needed.
Tori, a chronic job-hopper and nightlife junkie, applied without thinking much about it-- until they were called in for an interview! Upon seeing how Tori's fashion sense immediately fit in with Café 369's aesthetic, they were hired on the spot!
Although...one of the requirements was being able to rollerblade, and Tori's not exactly the most nimble on their feet. It took a lot of practice-- and quite a few injuries-- but now, Tori can almost go a whole shift without falling! Almost.
As time went on, Tori began to grow feelings for Netaro; despite how strange he was, he was one of the nicest people they've ever met, and they couldn't get those feelings out of their head.
For Netaro, so desperately wishing to fall in love, to find his "Beatrice," he couldn't help but feel...odd, around Tori. A way he'd never felt before.
